FIELD TRIP Family/Comedy
When Bobby and the "new kid" are separated from the rest of the class field trip,
they wind up in the wrong museum at the wrong time. Wackiness ensues when they cross paths with two bumbling thieves intent
on stealing a priceless dinosaur egg. Think: "Home Alone" in the Natural History Museum.
ARTIFICIAL HEART Horror
In a lonely house, a young nurse cares for her elderly, wealthy charge while her boyfriend plans to kill the old man
and frame the woman. Left alone in the house with the corpse, she is slowly driven mad by guilt, hearing the incessant pounding
of the dead man's heart. Is the man still alive or is it all in her mind and will her boyfriend claim another victim? You
won't know until the final scream.
THE SIN EATER Gothic Horror
Based on an ancient Celtic funeral ritual
wherein the sins of the dead were absolved along with a meal eaten from atop the deceased's coffin by a shadowy figure known
as a Sin Eater. In this movie, a Christian Magistrate on a mission to rid the country of these pagans meets his match in Miskit
- the last Sin Eater - who has the true gift to absorb the dead's last unfulfilled sins and uses his abilities for his own
nefarious purposes.
Here is the info on my newest spec' script. This one could be the next Paranormal Activity-esque
phenomenon:
CRAWLSPACE CHARLIE
A young, attractive family -- father, mother, teenaged daughter & 7 year
old son in a leg cast -- are the first to move back into a SoCal housing development that had been made
a ghost-town by the glut of foreclosures.
But the Nichols family
soon suspect that they are not nearly as alone as they thought; At
first, the situation just seems weird and things go missing but the cops can't or won't help.
The horrific situation
escalates as an angry presence lets it be known that IT preferred
having this neighborhood all to itself. But the family digs its heels
in and won't go away without fighting Crawlspace Charlie tooth and
nail.
Crawlspace Charlie is a PG horror film for the whole family. Very achievable on a
lower budget as most of the action is contained to one house, the film leaves its sex and gore mostly to the imagination and off-screen. Think along some
of the same lines as "Paranormal Activity," but with a lot of the
sensibilities that made "Poltergeist," "A Nightmare on Elm
Street" and "Child's Play" such lasting, franchiseable
hits.
